Refund policy

CRM-B is software used by independent organizations of all kinds. Purchases are made with the organizer, so refunds and cancellations must be handled by them.

CRM-B subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds.
