Refund policy

CRM-B is software used by independent organizations of all kinds. Purchases are made with the organizer, so refunds and cancellations must be handled by them.

CRM-B subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. We correct billing errors. For CRM-B platform questions only, email support@crm-b.com.
